Whose Birthday is it?

This past week they boys and I drove to Houston and spent all week with the Weisbruch family. They are some of Nate and Ben's best little friends. Brian and I knew Lindsey and Adam through lifeteen in high school. Delaney their oldest daughter is about 5 Months older than Nate and Patrick their oldest son is about 6 Months younger than Nate and about a year older than Benny. Anyways, we became good mama friends when Lindsey brought us dinners a few weeks before Nate was born. She has been a wonderful friend to me, I keep telling her I really need to find a "Mama Lindsey" in California. She installed all my car seats and put together many of my baby items. I am constantly calling her for "Mommy advice"! Thank you Lindsey for your friendship, we miss all of you very much.

Since we did not get to celebrate all the kids Birthdays together we decided to have one big birthday bash during our visit. It was not really close to any of the children's birthdays, but that made it even more special.

Nate is the Big Brother! As the oldest he sets an amazing example for Benny and Eli. This little boy loves people and loves getting out. The first thing he asks me each day is where are we going and who is going to be there. He does not have a lazy bone in his body...he is a very hard worker. He can be very serious and shy at times, but when he is in his silly mood this boy can laugh forever! Nate has a very kind heart and is quick to think of others, very intuitive for a four year old. His favorite colors are green and red. When he grows up he wants to be a Daddy and Woody from Toy Story.

Benny is Mr. personality....you can tell he is the second child. He is very easy going about so many things, but he definitely has an opinion. He is great at sharing and he loves playing with others. Benny also enjoys his alone time and can entertain himself for a long time. He has a little crazy streak in him. This mixed with his ability to charm makes it very hard to get mad at him. Benny can make anyone laugh. He makes every activity entertaining. This little boy can melt your heart! He loves cars, dinosaurs, monster trucks, and painting (most of the time on himself). He looks up to Nate so much and wants to do everything he can do.

Little Eli is the youngest of our three boys. He is just such a sweet little guy. He wants to keep up with his older brothers more than anything. He is always following them around the house or play ground. He loves balls of any type and is quick to point them out and say "BALL". He loves to sing and dance, he has some very impressive moves. He could sleep anywhere and we haven't found a loud noise that scares him yet. Mr. Eli is very attached to his Mama. He is also my best eater, this boy will eat almost anything.
