Real FOOD!

This little man is enjoying trying new food each day. This week he really enjoyed rice, chicken, turkey, black beans, and my trader joes blueberry bar :) He is pretty much trying little pieces of everything we eat. He loves the baby food squeezers, I sure wish they made those when my other two were babies. It is so easy to take with us because we are always on the go. His fifth tooth came in and number six is pushing his way in.......maybe Eli is going to be my big eater :) I took a few pictures of Eli and his friend Jillian having lunch together this past week. They are so cute together!

Park Playdate

Environmental Nature Center

A few pictures from our environmental nature center trip this past week. This is a great place to take the kids for a nature hike. They loved playing with sticks, running on the trails, and checking out the indoor center. I have come to the conclusion that I should just buy them sticks for their next birthday :) I seem to always have a few riding around with me in my car. The other day I found 3 sticks, 5 rocks, and 6 pine cones in my trunk.....I drew the line with the snail hehehehe

Lets Climb

The last day my parents were visiting we had perfect weather so we headed to the beach. The sand had been plowed for winter so the boys had a ball climbing the sand "mountain". Eli has become quite the adventurer when it comes to sand, take a look at his progression. He only had a few face plants :)

Eli venturing into the sand
Then he decided to climb the mountain
Think he wants to play with his brothers or what?

Benny's 3rd Birthday!

Mr Benjamin is not ONE, not TWO, but THREE years old! Where does the time go, I feel like we were just celebrating Nate's third birthday. OK I know they are only 18 Months apart so it wasn't that long ago....but really where does the time go.

We decided to do a small birthday party at Pump It Up before my parents went back to Texas. It was just perfect for Benny. He wanted a Monster Truck theme so we incorporated that with the Cake. He was really excited about the glow bracelets and bouncing in the dark (or semi dark). He had so much fun running around with all his little friends. The adults also had fun sliding and racing around :) Thank you to everyone for making his birthday soooo special.

It was a joy to see Benny the center of attention. He was a little shy but he was just in his element. He was very excited to lick the cupcakes while we were singing him happy Birthday...so Benny. He also insisted on wearing his Buzz PJs.....how can you tell the Birthday boy NO :)

Benny can always make me laugh. He was talking about his party for the next week.
Benny we love you so much! You bring entertainment, humor, and love to our family. We are so blessed to have you as a SON. You and Nate are best buddies and you do everything together. Happy Birthday Sweet BOY!
