Maia's 2nd Birthday

This past Tuesday we celebrated our little friend Maia's 2nd Birthday at Disneyland. It was a blast, we decorated cakes, rodes some rides, played in the bugslife water park, and watched the pixar parade. It was the perfect day to go because it was in the 80's so all the Californians had decided it was way too hot to go to Disneyland (and the Texans in us just function like this all summer). There were no lines! The boys and I had such an awesome time, we stayed for over 5 hours! Thank you Maia for a great birthday party. Happy Birthday to our sweet little friend! The Birthday girl

The funny happy birthday guy who sings "It is your birthday" all day long. The other moms and I decided he may need a few drinks to sleep at night ;)The Birthday Family We got some one on one time with Mickey and Minnie which is hard to come by these days!

I didn't get a cute face picture of the boys and Mickey or Minnie....they were too busy talking to them and giving them hour long hugs. Ben did not want to let go of Mickey.

It's a small world ride....Nate and Jack sat right next to each other, it was really cute.

Ok since we were in LA like two days before I could not help noticing what a good job they had done recreating the scene in California Adventure "Hollywood Land".
