LA Arboretum

Friday we ventured to the LA Arboretum in Arcadia with our friends Missy, Cade, and Maia. This place was so much fun, the kids spent hours running around. The weather was beautiful and the flower fragrances were amazing (a preggo girls dream, I have been obsessed with flower smells so I thought I was in heaven). We saw several waterfalls and peacocks roaming the grounds. We finished the day with a tram ride around the whole park. This is a perfect place for toddlers as well as adults, I am hoping to go back in May when my parents are visiting.

Girls Brunch

The Preggos

So last Sunday a few a my girlfriends and I had brunch at Las Brisas in Laguna. We thought we would do a little celebration for all the babies that we are expecting. I have shared all the pictures of the Texas baby boom, but I have several friends here that are delivering very close to the same time as Mr. Pumpkin. My friend Laura is expecting a baby boy mid June and my friend Nina is expecting identical twin girls late May/early June. We had a fabulous morning out...... the food was delicious! Love this place and the view is awesome!!!
Thanks girls for a fun day out!

They are going to look sooooooo cute in them.....thanks Nina!

Beach Day

The boys were pretty pumped about going to the beach after fire safety day! We can't wait for a summer full of beach trips. I am hopeful about this being a semi easy activity to do with a tiny baby....we shall see (or as easy as it can be with 3 children under four). Nate just loves the ocean, he can't get enough of the waves. Ben is more of a sand man, he has beach days where he never gets within 10ft of water. It is so funny how different brothers can be! It makes me really excited to see what Mr. Pumpkin's personality will be like.

Firetrucks

Last week the boys and I joined our Mom's group for a "Meet the Fireman" morning. We got to see a little safety demonstration and the boys got to get inside the "big truck". They were both a little shy that morning so they were not as pumped as I thought they would be.

My little artist!

Benny has never shown much interest in crafts or art.....but lately he has been really into painting. I think Nate and I are converting him. He looks very artistic with paint all over his face.....It brings me such joy as a mom to let my kids get paint all over themselves! Go Benny!
Enjoying some play doh time with their friends.....

Christ has Risen! Happy Easter

We had a fabulous Easter Sunday. We started the day with a beautiful sunrise mass to celebrate our risen LORD! We continued the festivities with a visit from a bunny named "Easter". The boys enjoyed a egg hunt at the beach. They were so tired, Brian and I got to enjoy at two hour lunch with the boys asleep in the stroller! It was a perfect day, I feel very blessed. I am so thankful for all FOUR of my boys ;)
