Winter Wonderland

Saturday Nate's preschool preformed at the Winter Wonderland festival in Irvine. The little reindeer sang two Christmas songs up on the front stage. Nate was really excited he was talking about it all week.
He did a great job, we are very proud of him!

Snow Play

Nate wanted to take the snowball home...we have much to learn about snow
(being from Dallas and living in the OC, we are not snow savy people)

The boys sure had fun playing in the snow. This was my kind of snow play... a 65 degree snowball fight.

Nate was really excited to wear his new spiderman snow boots. It was a big suprise to me that Ben would not wear his due to his new obsession with his cowboy boots. We have had a hard time leaving the house these last few weeks without his boot and his hat...taking after his brother I guess.

Scary Guys

The boys and I ran up to Disneyland for a few hours on Friday. Since Halloween Nate has been really into "Scary Guys". He loves Captain Hook and all the Disney Villains. He was very excited to have his picture taken with the Scary Witch. Ben was not very excited!

Some Bass Pro Fun

A favorite past time of ours.... Brian and I used to take Nate up to the Bass Pro in Grapevine to see the fish, look at all the animals (or as I have been told they are called "game"), and play in the tents. I had no idea they had one out here.........but I should have known they have just about everything out here (besides SONIC sniffle sniffle). Wednesday we went with our friends Cade and Maia to check it out.
They had a whole little kids section set up for Christmas...what fun!Ben watching the remote control cars race around the track
Nate told me he was killing the creatures (this should cancel out the pink gun right?)
Then he asked if I could get him some more candy to reload his gun hehehehe.
Ben also enjoyed the 4 wheeler
