Santa Ana Zoo

So on Friday before the flu hit......we went to the Santa Ana Zoo with our playgroup. The kids had such a good time! We saw the monkeys, played at the playground, and ran laps around that whole Zoo. Fun Times!

Pumpkin Decorating

In Benny's art class this week we decorated pumpkins and made animal masks. Benny's favorite part was drawing on the pumpkin with the sharpie (the one marker that was for the moms only....go figure). I also got Nate a pumpkin and he decorated it like a pirate at home because he is in preschool during Ben's class.

My two Cowboys

Wednesday I took my two cowboys to Disneyland with some girlfriends the their kiddos. The weather was perfect and we all has so much fun. We got to see Donald the pumpkin and ride some of our favorite rides. The park is all decked out for Halloween........I can't wait to see what it looks like at Christmas!

So you would not see this type of display on the town hall steps in Coppell.........O all the things I would be missing out on if I did not live in California............. hehehehe!

Toy Story in Theatres

Saturday Brian I took the boys to see their first movie in theatres. We went to see the double feature Toy Story and Toy Story 2 in 3D. These are two of the boys favorite movies so we couldn't pass up this opportunity to see it on the big screen. I can't wait to take them to see Toy Story 3 when it comes out this summer. Both Nate and Ben loved the theatre and the "big screen". Nate was sad we left a little early but Ben got a little tired of sitting and did some running of the ramps. They looked so little in those big seats :)
